This means that the Kava can be taken with your favorite drinks — or you can use the tinctures to create your own alcohol-free “mocktails” with whatever flavors you prefer. Shake well before each use. Measure the Kava drops with the tincture pipette attached to your bottle lid. Then, carefully drip the drops under your tongue without touching the pipette to your mouth. Hold the drops under your tongue momentarily, then swallow. Or, measure and administer your drops into something you’ll consume like a beverage (non-alcoholic, non-carbonated) or a snack like pudding, yogurt, or applesauce.
